As firms gear up for the last milestone of Solvency II implementation – the first public reporting season – now is a good time to take stock and learn the right lessons for this upcoming challenge.

Please join us as we discuss and share PwC's market insight on a range of topics, including:

• What PwC has learnt from the submission processes during 2016 and the common pitfalls that have emerged
• Resulting areas of focus for the coming year based on the discovery that the devil really is in the detail
• The need to be able to rely on supporting technology
• How confidence in data systems and the ability to review submissions can help the Board to sleep at night
• Writing a SII narrative report which does your organisation justice; and
• The impact that Brexit may have in the medium to long term on Solvency II and prudential reporting

• Understand how Solvency II is working in action as the new capital assessment regime becomes established
• Be better positioned to ask questions of their executive directors when signing-off SII submissions
• Appreciate how Audit Committees should approach Solvency II reporting, based on practical experience to date
• Attendees will also have ample opportunities to meet and share views among their insurance peers facilitated by PwC experts
